Sirdar Harrap Tweed 7(8,9) 50g balls

This shrug is made in 2 easy pieces (bodice & collar). The dolman shaped sleeves are created by folding & seaming part of the simple Tee shaped bodice piece. The shawl collar is added at the last stages along with ribbing tubes for the sleeves. The main bodice in stocking stitch is knitted on 7.00mm needles, making the fabric quick to knit and lightweight. The ribbed shawl collar is knitted on 4.00mm needles. This shrug may be worn conventionally or upside down.

Measurement notes:
This design is very flexible and will work for many body sizes. The shrug may be worn as a snug cropped or loose long fit. The larger sizes offer more bodice length as well as additional wrapping area. It is possible that a small body type (bust 85) could wear any of the larger sizes, which would provide more wrap area and a longer length. Since the bodice does not join with buttons at the front, we haven’t provided a finished bodice measurement, therefore, please refer to the garment diagram for bodice & sleeve dimentions. 
The larger (wider) bodice sizes, will cause the sleeve to finish longer when worn, even though the sleeve is knitted the same length and width for all sizes.
